Terms and Conditions – Vinay PKR Betting Platform Pakistan

1. Introduction

Welcome to Vinay PKR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Vinay PKR ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Vinay PKR website at vinaypkr.net, registering an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

Vinay PKR is an online sports betting and casino platform designed specifically for players in Pakistan. All transactions are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The platform provides services including but not limited to: sports betting, live cricket and football betting, the Aviator game, Andar Bahar, live casino table games and promotional offers tied to sporting events and casino activity.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Vinay PKR.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Vinay PKR. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Vinay PKR reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the lifecycle of your account. If age verification fails or is not completed within the requested timeframe, your account will be suspended and deposits returned, less any bonus amounts claimed.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

To register on Vinay PKR, you must confirm all of the following:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee or contractor of Vinay PKR.
• You are not using funds obtained through illegal activity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the Vinay PKR platform.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account on Vinay PKR. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or through shared devices — is strictly prohibited. Vinay PKR uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed, all bonuses forfeited and pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Vinay PKR login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone other than yourself, contact Vinay PKR support immediately via live chat or email at support@vinaypkr.net. Vinay PKR cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Vinay PKR may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your Vinay PKR account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending bets must settle and all available balance must be withdrawn. Vinay PKR may also close accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Vinay PKR accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR):

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital account)
• SadaPay (digital account)
• Bank Transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on Vinay PKR is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by Vinay PKR, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Vinay PKR wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 5 to 15 minutes once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. Vinay PKR does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply charges that are outside our control.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Vinay PKR reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Vinay PKR will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — funds must be returned to the account holder's own verified payment method.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets on Vinay PKR are final once confirmed in the bet slip. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after confirmation unless Vinay PKR specifically offers a cash-out option on that market and you choose to exercise it before the event concludes. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each selection — team names, odds, market type and stake — before confirming. Vinay PKR is not responsible for errors made during bet placement by the player.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

Vinay PKR reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. This may occur due to unusual betting patterns, technical errors in odds, or risk management considerations. Where a bet is not accepted, your stake will be returned immediately to your wallet.

5.3 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as applicable. For football, results are based on the conclusion of 90 minutes of play plus any injury time added, unless the specific market states otherwise (e.g., extra time or penalties markets). For live markets, the match score at the time of the relevant event determines settlement.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in any of the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the stated settlement window; a market is suspended due to a technical error or data feed failure; the incorrect odds were displayed due to a manifest error; or a player is found to have bet on an event over which they had inside information or direct influence.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum individual bet on Vinay PKR is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league and market type. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing the bet. Vinay PKR may adjust individual player maximum stake limits based on betting history and risk assessment without advance notice.

5.6 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator (multi-bet) bets on Vinay PKR combine multiple selections into a single bet slip with combined odds. All selections must be correct for an accumulator to win. If any single selection in an accumulator is declared void, that leg is removed and the remaining selections form a revised accumulator at adjusted odds. The Vinay PKR accumulator odds boost applies only to qualifying accumulators as described in the current promotion terms.

6. Casino & Aviator

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on Vinay PKR — including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Baccarat and Blackjack — are provided by certified third-party software providers. Each provider holds independent certification for their random number generator (RNG) systems, confirming that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. The Aviator game uses a provably fair algorithm with a publicly verifiable crash point generation system.

6.2 Aviator Game Specific Rules

In the Aviator game, your bet is placed before the round begins. The multiplier increases from 1.00x until the plane flies away — the crash point. You must cash out before the crash to secure your winnings. If you do not cash out before the crash, your entire stake for that round is lost. The dual cash-out feature allows two separate bet positions per round, each with an independent cashout decision. Auto-cashout settings are available and activate at the pre-set multiplier value if that value is reached before the crash.

6.3 Live Casino

Vinay PKR's live casino section features real human dealers operating from a certified studio environment. All live games are conducted in real time via video stream. The minimum and maximum table stakes for live games are displayed before you join a table. Vinay PKR is not responsible for connection issues on the player's end during a live game session. If a technical failure occurs on the platform's side during a live hand, the round may be declared void and stakes returned.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by Vinay PKR are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. These terms are stated in full on the Promotions page for each active offer. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that particular offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Vinay PKR account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Sports betting bonuses require the full qualifying bet amount to be wagered at minimum odds of 1.50. Casino bonuses contribute at 100% from slots and Aviator, 50% from Andar Bahar and live casino table games. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

Vinay PKR actively monitors bonus activity. The following constitute bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, account suspension or permanent closure: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus extraction; or exploiting a technical error in bonus calculation. Vinay PKR's decision regarding bonus abuse investigations is final.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. The standard validity period for welcome bonuses on Vinay PKR is 30 days from the date of crediting. Event-specific promotions may have shorter expiry windows as stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Vinay PKR is committed to maintaining a fair, secure betting environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots or any mechanical or technical device to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any event or exploit any market.
• Placing bets on events in which you have inside information not available to the public.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate any game, outcome or odds through technical exploitation, hacking or any other means.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any proprietary element of the Vinay PKR platform.
• Using another person's account, payment method or personal information to access or fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using Vinay PKR to cycle illegally obtained funds.

Vinay PKR cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation related to fraud, money laundering or match-fixing. Player accounts and transaction data may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

9. Responsible Gaming

Vinay PKR believes that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. We take our obligations around responsible gaming seriously and provide the following tools to every registered player:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take 7 days to activate.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per session or per day to prevent runaway losses during a bad run.
• Bet-Size Caps: Restrict the maximum stake you can place on a single bet.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a pre-set duration of play reminding you how long you have been active.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period, your account is restricted and cannot be unlocked early.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Full self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

10. Privacy & Data

Vinay PKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with our full Privacy Policy. This data is used to operate the platform, verify identity, process payments, detect fraud and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by anti-money laundering regulations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vinay PKR platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, layouts, user interface designs and betting data — is the intellectual property of Vinay PKR or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display or create derivative works from any Vinay PKR content without prior written permission. Accessing the platform does not grant you any ownership or licence to any Vinay PKR intellectual property beyond the right to use the platform as a registered player under these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Vinay PKR provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical failures. Vinay PKR will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, including missed bets during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses resulting from delays in odds updates due to data feed failures beyond our control.
• Losses arising from a player's own internet connection or device failure.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Any decisions made by a player in placing bets — all betting decisions are made voluntarily and at the player's own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Vinay PKR reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and display a prominent notice on the platform for at least 14 days. Minor clarifications that do not affect player rights may be made without individual notification. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the effective date displayed at the top. Continued use of Vinay PKR after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
